Very friendly and easy to work with

Well knowledgeable and down to earth. Always willing to help. Great experience!

My experience with Shottenkirk Kia started with Jessie Job. From the moment I called he listened closely, acknowledging my concern, interest and we scheduled an appointment. Before that he restated what I wanted to accomplish. At the time of the appointment, he was again reviewed proposed work, sought my response and we forwarded as planned. The work was completed with additional worked addedv still within the allotted time. Upon completion he reviewed all work done and the final charge. Every step was completed on time, he checked in and wanted to make my stop watch was tracking the progress. Outstanding job Mr. JOB and Shottenkirk Kia. (Add on, The restroom was clean, snacks available and First Class!!!

Dealing with the salesman, Payton and network guy Nathan was very easy and enjoyable, and they appreciated my business and I took care of me same with the finance team
